Her own website describes Joseph as American and dates her purchase of the Tuscan property to 2016. The native Instagram bio inspected for this report says she lives in Italy for part of the year. That wording matters: we should let a person describe the shape of her life without promoting it into a claim of permanent presence.

Her public newsletter introduction locates that life in Lunigiana, in northern Tuscany. Her professional presentation brings together styling, writing and hosting. A place to live and a place to work can share the same setting while asking different things of the owner. The history here comes from her own account; it does not establish the legal or financial route another person would need.

For your own first draft, write down how much of the year you expect to be present and what must continue when you are away. Those are planning questions, not assumptions about Joseph's private arrangements. The answers can change the kind of property, support and working rhythm worth considering.

On October 13, 2026, Joseph introduced a future house-coordinator appointment for May 2027. The useful detail is the separation between announcing the role and beginning it. A considered inquiry can be short: the period, the group, the activity that interests you and the practical thing you need clarified. Get the precise inclusions and conditions for the proposed experience before agreeing to anything. A photograph, a creator's personal voice and a future booking are related parts of the story, with different evidence behind each.

Joseph's account is worth reading for the meeting of a personal Italian life and the work of welcoming other people.
